ROCKFORD "ROCKY" PEOPLES

Rocky Peoples plays the Alto Saxophone, Tenor Sax, Soprano Saxophone and  Flute.  Rocky also composes and arranges music.
 
Rocky was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and has been  performing in Las Vegas for the past ten years.
 
During Rocky's long career, he has performed and recorded with many notable artists, including a seven year stint with the late Billy Preston (Nothin' from Nothin',  Out of Space, Will It Go Round In Circles); 
Ray Charles (Margarita);
Stevie Wonder (Songs In The Key Of Life); and
Pat Boone & The McCrays (Youth for Christ).
 
Locally Rocky has performed with Sonny Turner of The Platters, Tony Tillman and Cornell Gunther's Coasters.  Rocky has also performed on world tours with James Brown with Element (featuring Tomi Rai), and locally with John Earl & The Boogieman Band since 1997 and Kool Pop & The Groovemasters.
